Full Scale

Full Scale enables U.S. businesses to increase their software development capabilities by adding dedicated senior engineers from the Philippines. These developers work full-time within client organizations and contribute directly to their products, repositories, sprints, and daily engineering activities. The company provides more than access to technical talent by managing the operational side of international employment. Recruiting, payroll, benefits, and HR are handled in the Philippines, allowing clients to concentrate on their engineering teams. Full Scale has staffed more than 200 U.S. companies since 2018 and offers a two-week money-back guarantee, rates beginning at $35 per hour, and reported retention above 93%.
