Why a workshop beats another bookmarked course
Every switcher already owns a shelf of writing manuals: course catalogs, YouTube tutorials, career-advice threads. Access stopped being the bottleneck years ago. What people who finish a career change have that people who stall at chapter three don't is a workshop. A schedule, and readers who expect the next pages.
Traecta runs your switch into tech like a writers' workshop. A weekly plan, generated by LLM around your job hours and target role, tells you what to draft this week. A small study circle of fellow switchers checks in weekly, so a stalled week gets noticed the way a missing submission does.
Scope, honestly: roadmap planning and progress tracking, web only (no mobile app). Free covers the first four modules of every plan. Pro adds unlimited plans, auto-matching and study circles. Built for working professionals 30+ who intend to type "The End."
