Your data within the IndieLogs platform, including any logs, metrics, and insights, are treated as confidential. IndieLogs will not share this information with other users or third parties without consent. By using our services, you permit us to utilize this data to enhance our services and provide personalized features, in alignment with our Privacy Policy.
4. SOFTWARE LICENSE
The indielogs.com Software License is structured to support a single startup through a free license and multiple startups under a monthly subscription model, enabling access to our full suite of tools and services. IndieLogs reserves the right to modify or revoke the license at any time.
5. REFUNDS
IndieLogs offers refunds within the first 7 days of a paid subscription if the services do not meet the user's satisfaction and expectations, given that a fair attempt to utilize the services has been made.
6. DISCLAIMER
indielogs.com does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement, so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
indielogs.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with these Terms or the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES
IndieLogs is not liable for the decisions and actions taken by the users based on the data and insights provided by our service. Users are responsible for the consequences of their actions on the platform.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IndieLogs operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice on the Service, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the end of these Terms.
11. LIABILITY FOR USE
By using the indielogs.com application, you acknowledge and agree that any activity or content utilized from the Service is undertaken at your own risk. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. indielogs.com is not responsible for any injuries, health conditions, or damages that may occur as a result of your use of the Service, the information contained within it, or any actions taken based on the content of the Service. Additionally, indielogs.com is not responsible for any misuse of the content available on the Service by other users or third parties.
